Fortune Arterial's story revolves around the male protagonist Kohei Hasekura, who transfers into a prestigious public school in the style of an English six-year school encompassing junior-high and high school students. The school, named Shuchikan Academy, is on an island named Tamatsu Island off-shore from mainland Japan, and the only way to get there is by boat. Bath Towel is a quirky story about Izutsuya Anju, a self-proclaimed hedonist, and his friend/co-conspirator cameraman Monono Kejime. Together, they prostitute themselves and blackmail their way through the high school they still attend after failing to graduate three times. The latest victim is Koizumi Yuuji, younger brother of Jouji who has been in love with the mixed race Anju since elementary school. But as Kaoru suddenly comes to town, a surprising truths is revealed that shocks everyone. He gets mugged and almost dies but eventually regains consciousness in a hospital and sees a patient with an ailing heart, Hasegawa Kirin, who tells him that he is completely compatible with her...as a donor. (very evil and selfish of her) Kentarou promised to give his heart to her. Kentarou lives on but he never got into college. He now works part-time in the hospital where he begs Kisaragi Ryouko, an organ transplant coordinator, "when will Kirin receive his heart?" Maybe at the end of the story, if we will ever see it..
