Eun-soo Cha is the main character of the story. Eun-soo has hated her mother ever since she was abandoned by her. Raised by her grandma, she became a wild child who likes to fight. Kasukabe Koukou Josou-bu is a part of a series of oneshots of the same name featured in the Josou Shounen comic anthologies. It follows Akira Komukai, a member of his high school's cross-dressing club, along with his childhood friend Minato Kasukabe and a third member, Hikaru Ayase.
A guy by the name of Shino is in love with a girl named Maruyama, and he asks his friend Akira to help set him up with her. I guess he has a history of sending dangerous gifts, as Shuuji gives Shino the tea “on the house” to see if it’s poisoned. Well, the tea appears to have been laced with a genie, who promptly grants Shino his desire to be with Maruyama... But be careful of what you wish for.

Confused and upset, Manato hears a strange voice and a god from the shrine comes to say that she will take the coins and grant him a wish. He decides to use his wish to bring back the mermaid as a human. His wish comes true and he sees the mermaid back as a human, but she's a guy! What will happen in this crazy love comedy!?
