Out of nowhere, I found myself transported to a completely different world, likely due to a hero summoning. Unfortunately, I wasn't the hero they'd been hoping for, but someone else entirely. Despite my fears of falling victim to overused tropes, I found myself thrust into the middle of a conflict... or so I thought. As it turns out, the Demon Lord had been vanquished a millennium ago, and the supposed hero was just a theatrical figure in a festival. The nobility had taken us in with open arms, and even the demon race enjoyed amicable relations with humans. Wars hadn't been waged for 800 years, and the Guild and Order of Knights effectively dealt with any monster problems. And what of getting back home? It seemed completely safe. Given these circumstances, what else could I do but enjoy my time in this new world to the fullest? I decided to immerse myself in their culture and take in all the sights and sounds this realm had to offer. Once I'd seen the festival that only came around once a decade, I'd return home without a worry in the world.
