Iwao Asakura, a.k.a. Gen, president of Asakura Corporation, a subcontractor demolition company, regains his passion as a world-class demolition engineer when Keiko Otsuki, an employee of major general contractor Sanyu Heavy Machinery Lease, brings him a demolition job. He accepted her invitation to join the \"Sanyu Group\" and established the company \"Sanyu Blasting Co. Later, he added an old acquaintance, Roku Iwashita a.k.a. \"Roku the Tugger\", a wooden construction specialist, Hideo Tokita a.k.a. Hide, a crane engineer who was about to commit suicide due to debt, and Hikaru Nakahara, a truck driver and former TV personality, to his team. However, in order to become \"Japan\'s No. 1 demolition company\" that is not bound by the traditions of bid-rigging that persist in the construction industry, he leaves the Sanyu Group and reestablishes himself as Itsumo Blowup Co.

This series is not about romance exactly but does contain the element for it. This series mainly focuses on overcoming the main characters' hardships. Each characters have a different hardship. There is really nothing more to mention about the plot. It starts with a school girl who has trouble with her surroundings. It all started when her classmate was bullied and eventually committed suicide. Being a part of the group that bullied the girl, she feels extremely guilty. Her life becomes meaningless and she wants to end it.

The story revolves around people who possess the ability to infiltrate human minds and manipulate memories. Their powers have been used in the underworld for covering up accidents, assassinations, and all manner of crimes. But these powers not only destroy others\' spirits, but also corrupt the users\' own hearts…

The gentle and caring boy, who suffers together with the drug users and tries his best to stop people from suffering, just turns into a killing machine suddenly in some cases, like the occurrence of a certain event functioned like a switch. What's behind this? Who is he, in fact?
